We’re looking for an experienced finance leader to head the accounts function and serve as the main finance contact for investors.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor and review the work of a team of 7 accountantsPrepare and present financial statements (monthly, quarterly, annual) to management and investorsHandle investor communication, reporting and financial queriesDrive budgeting, forecasting and cash flow planning across group entitiesManage group consolidation, intercompany reconciliations and month-end / year-end closingEnsure compliance with IFRS, UAE VAT and UAE Corporate Tax regulationsCoordinate external and internal auditsStrengthen internal controls, policies and financial SOPsOversee banking relationships, treasury and working capital managementProvide MIS reports and financial analysis to support management decisionsRequirementsCA Inter or fully qualified CAMinimum 15 years of experience in the UAE, with a Group of Companies backgroundProven experience leading a finance teamFluent in English and UrduImmediate joiners onlyKey SkillsFinancial reporting and IFRSGroup consolidation and intercompany accountingBudgeting, forecasting and variance analysisInvestor relations and board-level presentationsUAE VAT and Corporate Tax complianceAudit management and internal controlsCash flow, treasury and bankingCost control and profitability analysisERP systems (SAP / Oracle / Tally / Zoho) and advanced ExcelTeam leadership and stakeholder managementInterested?
