Own the Business and P&LTake full responsibility for revenue, profitability, user growth, and overall business performanceDevelop scalable and sustainable business modelsDrive user acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetizationEstablish a data-driven operating and performance management system3. Lead Global Market ExpansionDrive international expansionIdentify and enter high-potential global marketsBuild localized product, marketing, sales, and operations capabilitiesDevelop strategic partnerships and a global ecosystem4. Drive AI Product and CommercializationDevelop a strong understanding of AI technology trends and emerging business opportunitiesDefine how AI can transform social interaction, content, and lifestyle experiencesTranslate AI capabilities into differentiated user value and commercial outcomesPartner closely with product and technology teams to shape next-generation AI productsQualificationBachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, Business, or another relevant discipline.10+ years of experience in social networking, gaming, consumer internet, AI, digital platforms, or related technology industries.Proven senior leadership experience, ideally as a CEO, Founder, General Manager, Regional/Global Business Head, or equivalent P&L leader.Deep understanding of AI and emerging technologies, with the ability to translate technology capabilities into products, user growth, and commercial opportunities.Proven experience in building and leading high-performing teams, including senior management and cross-functional teams.Demonstrated experience leading organizations of 100+ employees, with the ability to attract senior talent, build leadership teams, and create scalable organizational structures.What we provideAttractive packageShare optionsOthers
