Group Chief Executive Officer

Role Description The Group Chief Executive Officer (Group CEO) will provide overall strategic leadership and governance for Pédagogie Routière Outre-mer, overseeing multi-entity operations and driving sustainable growth. This part-time, hybrid role is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with a mix of on-site presence and work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining and implementing group strategy, supervising financial and operational performance, and ensuring alignment of business plans across all subsidiaries. The Group CEO will lead senior management, set performance objectives, manage key stakeholder relationships, and represent the organization with partners, regulators, and institutional clients. The role also involves monitoring risk, supporting business development and sales initiatives, and fostering a culture of compliance, innovation, and inclusive leadership.Qualifications Strong financial acumen with skills in Finance and Business Planning.Proven experience in Operations Management, including multi-site or multi-entity oversight.Expertise in Strategic Planning, setting long-term objectives and translating them into actionable plans.Demonstrated track record in Sales, business development, and revenue growth.Significant executive leadership experience, ideally at group or regional level.Ability to operate in a multicultural, international environment; prior Middle East experience is an advantage.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities, with a focus on ethics, governance, and risk management.Relevant advanced degree (e.g., MBA, Master’s in Business, Finance, or related field) preferred.
