Position: Group Chief Human Resources Officer (Group CHRO)Company: EEZE CONNECT MANAGEMENT CONSULTANCY LLCLocation: Dubai (In-Person)ABOUT THE ROLE Type:- Full-Time / Immediate Joiner We are seeking an agile, hands-on Group Chief Human Resources Officer (Group CHRO) to step immediately into our executive team at our global headquarters located in Office No. 3801, Churchill Tower 1- Commercial, Business Bay, Dubai. As our enterprise spans multiple international entities across Africa, the Middle East, and Asia- encompassing domestic worker recruitment, commercial cleaning, hospitality, and technology operations- we require a visionary human resources executive. You will immediately take charge of building, standardizing, and scaling a unified global HR framework across all multi-continental branches.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: --Global HR Architecture & Systems: Rapidly audit, design, and implement a centralized, scalable global HR operating model managed directly out of our Business Bay headquarters. -Cross-Border Talent & Mobility Frameworks: Standardize recruitment, vetting, and compliance pipelines for personnel moving between international source markets and operating regions. -Enterprise HRIS Integration: Deploy unified Human Resources Information Systems and automated lifecycle management tools across all international branches. -Unified Compensation & Performance Metrics: Establish competitive performance grading frameworks and KPIs tailored to multi-branch sales, operations, and tech teams. -Labor Compliance & Risk Management: Direct international labor compliance, legal standards, and cross border regulatory frameworks across all operating jurisdictions. KEY REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:--Availability: Immediate joiner based in or ready to relocate instantly to Dubai. -Experience: Proven executive track record (10+ years) leading human resources across multiple international regions (Middle East, Africa, and Asia). -Operational Scope: Experience managing diverse workforce scales—from high-volume operational and field service personnel to corporate and tech teams. -Mindset: A hands-on, high-ownership executive who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-branch entrepreneurial environment.
