GROUP CHIEF REVENUE & GROWTH OFFICER (GROUP CRGO)๐Ÿ“ Location: Cairo โ€“ North Coast,Red Sea Region๐Ÿข Company: Healthcare International Group (HCIG)๐Ÿ“‹ Department: Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) & Business Growth๐Ÿ“ˆ Employment Type: Full-Time | Executive Leadership PositionThe Group Chief Revenue & Growth Officer (Group CRGO) is a strategic executive responsible for maximizing insurance revenue, accelerating collections, optimizing the revenue cycle, and driving sustainable business growth. The role bridges commercial development, insurance contracting, GOP management, billing operations, collections, and strategic partnerships to enhance profitability across all HCIG entities.Key ResponsibilitiesRevenue Growth & Insurance Yield OptimizationLead insurance and RCM performance across HCIG Facilities.Negotiate and optimize contracts with local and international insurers, TPAs, and corporate clients.Identify new revenue opportunities and develop innovative healthcare service packages.Drive business growth through strategic partnerships and market expansion initiatives.Revenue Cycle Management & GOP OptimizationStandardize and accelerate Guarantee of Payment (GOP) processes.Ensure efficient pre-authorization and insurance verification procedures.Implement and maintain FIFO workflows to achieve industry-leading turnaround times.Enhance patient intake efficiency while minimizing claim denials.Billing, Collections & Cash Flow ManagementLead group-wide collections strategies and receivables management.Reduce aged receivables and improve cash conversion cycles.Establish proactive denial management and claims reconciliation processes.Improve billing accuracy and ensure timely claim submissions and settlements.Leadership & Stakeholder ManagementLead and mentor multidisciplinary teams across contracting, billing, collections, and insurance operations.Collaborate closely with Finance, Operations, Clinical Services, and Commercial teams.Build and maintain strong relationships with insurers, TPAs, assistance companies, and corporate partners.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Achieve 20%โ€“30% annual growth in insurance and corporate revenues.Maintain GOP turnaround times below 72 hours.Reduce aged receivables by at least 20%.Achieve a minimum 95% clean claims submission rate.Deliver measurable operational savings through process optimization and revenue leakage control.Qualifications & Experience10+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare management, hospital administration, insurance, TPA, or revenue cycle management.Bachelor's degree in a Medical, Healthcare, Business, or related field.Advanced certifications such as PMP, PQM, Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management, Billing, or related credentials are highly preferred.Proven track record in revenue growth, insurance contracting, collections improvement, and operational turnaround.Strong network within insurance companies, TPAs, international assistance companies, and healthcare stakeholders.Excellent leadership, negotiation, analytical, and strategic planning skills.๐Ÿ“ฉ Interested candidates are invited to submit their CV and executive profile to this mail.hr@247clinic.net
