As part of this growth, the organisation is seeking an experienced senior security leader to establish a proactive, intelligence-led and risk-based security framework that protects its people, assets, information, reputation and business continuity across the Group.The PositionReporting to the Group CEO / Managing Director, the Chief Security Officer will provide overall leadership for the Group Security Strategy and security governance framework. The role will oversee enterprise security risk management, physical security, investigations, intelligence, crisis management, emergency response and business continuity across the organisation. The CSO will be responsible for strengthening security operations across Group locations, including access control, CCTV and monitoring systems, asset protection and loss prevention. The role will also lead investigations relating to fraud, theft, misconduct and security breaches, while maintaining effective relationships with government authorities, law enforcement and relevant external agencies.In addition, the position will lead crisis preparedness and emergency response programmes, business continuity planning, executive protection and travel security. The CSO will also drive the adoption of appropriate security technologies and develop a high-performing security team across the Group, promoting strong standards of accountability, vigilance and integrity.The PersonThe successful candidate will be an experienced senior security professional with strong expertise in corporate security, security risk management, crisis management, investigations, physical security, loss prevention and business continuity. Experience within complex, multi-site or multi-business organisations will be highly relevant, particularly across sectors such as energy, manufacturing, logistics, infrastructure, mining, telecommunications or diversified Groups. Candidates should demonstrate strong leadership and decision-making capability, together with experience working with government authorities, law enforcement and external agencies.A Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Law, Military Science, Public Administration, Business Administration or a related field is required. Relevant professional certifications such as CPP, PCI, PSP, CFE, ISO 31000 or ISO 22301 would be advantageous. High integrity, confidentiality and the ability to operate effectively in dynamic and high-risk environments are essential.
