With a clear mission to “Build Stronger People,” the organization promotes purposeful, disciplined training that carries into every part of life.Role Description The Group Exercise Instructor will design and lead engaging, safe, and effective group fitness classes that align with Spartans’ training philosophy and program offerings. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning class formats, demonstrating exercises with proper technique, providing modifications for different fitness levels, and motivating participants to achieve their personal goals. The instructor will monitor participant progress, maintain a high-energy and inclusive training environment, and support gym-wide initiatives related to member retention and overall experience. The role also involves collaborating with other coaches, maintaining equipment and space cleanliness, and upholding safety and discipline standards. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in Group Exercise and Group Exercise Instruction to effectively lead diverse classes and manage group dynamics.Candidates should possess Fitness Instruction and Training skills to design safe, progressive workouts and coach participants toward their fitness and performance goals.Candidates should possess knowledge of Exercise Physiology to apply sound principles of movement, recovery, and injury prevention in class programming.Relevant certifications in group fitness, personal training, or martial arts instruction, and current CPR/first aid certification are highly beneficial.Experience working in a gym or studio setting, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to motivate and support participants of varying ages and fitness levels are preferred.Comfort working in a disciplined, performance-oriented environment and willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, are advantageous.
