WE ARE HIRING a Group F&B Procurement Operations Manager !!JOB PURPOSEThe Group F&B Procurement Operations Manager I is responsible for managing and optimizing procurement operations across the F&B division, ensuring the timely availability of products and supplies in line with operational requirements, quality standards, and business objectives. He/she oversees procurement planning, coordinates with ABS on strategic sourcing and supplier-related activities, and drives procurement efficiency, cost optimization, and supplier performance across markets.RESPONSIBILITIESManage F&B procurement operations across markets, ensuring alignment with business requirements, operational priorities, approved budgets, and established procurement policies and procedures.Lead the consolidation of procurement requirements across F&B brands and markets, working closely with operational stakeholders to define product specifications, forecast demand, and establish purchasing priorities and timelines.Collaborate with ABS to develop and implement procurement plans, ensuring the timely initiation of sourcing activities and alignment between operational requirements and strategic sourcing priorities.Collaborate with ABS and relevant stakeholders to support the implementation and renewal of supplier agreements, ensuring that operational requirements, service expectations, and contractual obligations are effectively communicated and monitored.Oversee the classification of F&B procurement requirements into local, operational, and regional sourcing needs, coordinating with ABS to validate the appropriate sourcing approach and identify opportunities for procurement consolidation and category standardization.Manage local operational purchasing activities within approved procurement frameworks, overseeing purchase order coordination, delivery follow-up, and the resolution of supply-related issues, while escalating commercial matters to ABS as required.Coordinate with ABS throughout tendering and supplier evaluation processes by consolidating technical specifications, operational requirements, and stakeholder feedback to support supplier selection and commercial recommendations.Evaluate supplier performance against established quality, service, delivery, and compliance standards, working with ABS and operational stakeholders to address performance gaps and implement corrective measures.Develop and monitor operational procurement performance indicators, including supplier service levels, product quality, delivery reliability, supply continuity, and stakeholder satisfaction, providing ABS with relevant inputs to support commercial performance reviews and sourcing optimization.Lead initiatives to optimize procurement processes, standardize product specifications, reduce supply-related risks, and improve operational efficiency across F&B brands and markets.Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, including F&B Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, and ABS, ensuring effective communication, timely escalation of procurement challenges, and alignment on business priorities.Recruit, train, motivate, and evaluate the team to ensure that the department has the necessary skill base, and that staff are optimally motivated and enabled to maximize their potential and contribution to the company.QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management, or Procurement, or a related field.Professional certification in procurement or supply chain management is a plus.A minimum of 15 years of experience in F&B Operations, or a similar role.Four years of experience in a managerial role.Fluency in English.Fluency in Arabic, or French is a plus.Proficiency in MS Office.Proficiency in procurement systems and ERP applicationsAZADEA Group is an Equal Employment Employer – All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, age, or any other characteristic protected by relevant local laws.
