With multilingual access and dedicated local support, we make travel planning simpler and more accessible.As we expand our operations across Sri Lanka and Australia, we’re looking for a commercially minded Group Finance & Strategy Manager who can manage daily financial operations and turn financial insights into strategic business decisions.💼 What You’ll Be DoingOversee day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping and financial operations.Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and cash-flow management.Analyse profitability, pricing, margins and operational costs.Strengthen financial controls, reconciliations and risk management.Provide strategic financial advice directly to senior management.Coordinate financial reporting and work with external accountants on tax and compliance across Sri Lanka and Australia.What We’re Looking For

• 6–10 years of experience in finance and accounting within the travel industry, ideally with a travel agency, tour operator or online travel platform.
• Understanding of travel industry financial processes, including supplier settlements, airline payments, refunds, commissions and booking reconciliations.
• CA, ACCA, CIMA or CPA qualification preferred.
• Strong analytical, commercial and financial management skills.
• A hands-on approach and the ability to independently manage the finance function.
