Group Financial Controller

GROUP FINANCIAL CONTROLLER | HARARE, ZIMBABWEAn exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Group Financial Controller to take ownership of the financial strategy and operations of a growing group of companies based in Harare.This is a senior leadership position offering the opportunity to influence financial performance, strengthen controls, drive efficiencies and support strategic business growth.Key Responsibilities:• Own the group financial strategy and oversee financial operations• Lead group consolidation, external audits, treasury, risk and compliance• Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management• Manage internal controls and financial policies across multiple countries• Oversee ERP and financial systems integration, automation and real-time reporting• Manage intercompany transactions and exchange-rate policies• Identify opportunities to improve financial and operational efficiency• Provide strategic financial insights to senior management• Lead, mentor and develop finance and operations teamsRequirements:• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related field• CA, CMA or CPA advantageous• Minimum 10 years' finance experience, including at least 5 years in senior management• Strong group consolidation and financial reporting experience• Experience with treasury, risk management, compliance and internal controls• Strong analytical, strategic and problem-solving skills• Technology/related industry experience advantageous📍 Location: Harare, Zimbabwe💼 Employment: Full-time, office-based
