Key Requirements
Proven experience working at Group / Holding Company level.Experience in diversified businesses / conglomerates with multiple subsidiaries and entities.CPA qualified – Mandatory.Strong knowledge and practical application of IFRS – Mandatory.Extensive experience in consolidation of financial statements across multiple companies/entities.Strong expertise in group financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow, taxation, and financial controls.Experience managing and reviewing finance teams across multiple entities.Strong knowledge of corporate accounting, intercompany transactions, eliminations, and group reporting.Excellent analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.📩 Send CVs: ahmed.linkedincv@gmail.com🤝 Or share suitable references.Candidates with strong Group / Holding Company and multi-entity consolidation experience are encouraged to apply.
