Group Financial ControllerHealthcare, Dublin 18Position DescriptionOutstanding opportunity for an ambitious finance executive to join the finance team of a fast-growing Healthcare Group, as it embarks on an aggressive market expansion strategy.The business is well geared up for growth and development and the Group Financial Controller will play a lead role in supporting the CFO to support the next phase of growth. Role will involve:Leading and developing a small teamMonthly management accounts and annual preparationTax compliance, statutory reporting, payroll ad BS recsBudgeting & ForecastingFinancial Modelling, developing plans for growth and managing riskActing as key point of contact with the auditorsDelivering new process improvements to allow for more automationFinance lead on new projectsAd-hoc project work will be broad, varied and ongoing as company expands, eg. M&A, greenfield site development, and further systems developmentHybrid work model – 3 days office, 2 home.Candidate BackgroundIdeal candidate will have the following background:A first-rate professionally trained Qualified Accountant with high-energy levels and the ability to thrive in a high growth environmentExcellent academic track record and a minimum of 5 years’ PQEHealthcare experience beneficial not a requirementComfortable being hands-on, yet able to contribute at a strategic levelCommercial savvy with strong interpersonal and communication skillsStrong analytical skillsOur ClientOur client is a fast-growing Healthcare Group with expanding operations nationwide, and HQ in Dublin 18.RemunerationHighly attractive remuneration package.
