Group Financial ControllerSalary: £125k + Bonus

Location: North London – 3 days per weekWP2809We are partnering with a £300m+, PE backed retail business.

With a strong leadership team in place and a clear roadmap for growth. Reporting to the FD and working closely with the CFO and wider leadership team. You will be instrumental in building robust financial processes and controls, implementing scalable systems, and delivering high-quality financial insights to drive informed decision-making.Key ResponsibilitiesOverseeing IRFS changesImproving efficiencies and reducing month-end closeEstablish and refine financial controls and processes to support a high-growth environment.Develop and maintain timely, accurate, and insightful management accounts and reporting.Manage group audits, liaising with auditors to deliver accurate and timely statutory accounts.Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.RequirementsFully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with a strong technical foundation.Experience implementing and managing finance systems in a growing business.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.Multi-site reporting exposureA self-starter with a passion for driving change and delivering results in a fast-paced setting.
