Group Finance & Consolidation LeadAbout the RoleWe are looking for an experienced finance professional to take ownership of group-level accounting, consolidation, financial controls and reporting across a multi-entity, multi-jurisdiction organization.The role will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency and integrity of the Group's financial reporting, while working closely with external auditors, local accounting teams and senior stakeholders. You will also play a key role in building and strengthening the Group finance function, including leading the selection and implementation of a new ERP system.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the Group consolidation process and month-end close, with a target close timeline of 5 working days.Establish and maintain accounting policies, ensuring consistent application across multiple entities and jurisdictions.Lead external audit processes and oversee the remediation of management letter findings.Coordinate statutory reporting requirements across jurisdictions and manage relationships with local accounting firms.Design, implement and document robust financial controls and accounting processes.Act as the finance business owner for ERP implementation, including chart of accounts design, data migration, system configuration and parallel-run decisions.Partner with senior management and local finance teams to improve reporting quality, processes and financial governance.Identify accounting and control risks and proactively implement appropriate solutions.RequirementsACCA, CPA, CICPA or equivalent professional accounting qualification.8+ years of relevant accounting/finance experience, including at least 3 years independently owning month-end close and group consolidation in-house.Proven experience managing multi-entity and multi-currency consolidation.Experience in financial services, payments, brokerage or a similarly regulated environment, with exposure to client money and regulatory capital accounting.Strong understanding of accounting standards, financial reporting and internal controls, with the ability to design and improve processes rather than simply apply existing procedures.Strong professional judgement and the confidence to challenge inappropriate or non-compliant accounting treatments.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Professional working proficiency in English.Nice to HaveExperience leading an ERP implementation, finance system migration or major finance transformation project.Experience building or scaling a finance function within a growth-stage organization.Experience working across multiple international jurisdictions and regulatory environments.EA Licence No: 19C9807
