If you are willing to join a team of energized and passionate experts, this is a career opening for you.The role – what we expect from you:Develop and maintain Ecosystem strategy and operational plan in collaboration with Group Exco and subsidiary leadership teams and aligned to Group strategic objectives.Develop and deploy Ecosystem operating model (people, process, technology) define and document processes, policies and procedures.Enforce the use of ecosystem banking across the bank to achieve one single source of accurate, performance and productivity measurement.Track and report product usage across all clusters, sectors and segments to ensure product uptake of up to 80% across the Group.Design initiatives and networks/systems that systematically bring together the group subsidiaries to collaborate and generate productivity reporting demonstrating Ecosystem banking in action.Drive value chain banking for all anchor clients, to include Suppliers, Distributors, Employees value proposition (scheme loans), Partners and Alliances with Fin Techs, Mobile Network Operators (MNOs).Manage a central repository of all ecosystem client journeys and be the central point of coordination for all portfolio synergies with clients.Participate in discussions related to ecosystem banking, such as SMEs symposia, suppliers, and distributor conferences.Maintain ownership of the ecosystems solutions, its adoption and usage to ensure collaboration and efficiency is achieved across the group.Train and develop knowledge pockets, at all levels, with regards to ecosystems portfolio interplay to enable execution of strategy.Conduct evaluations of existing and potential partnerships to maximise value for customers and the group.Provide analytical support to commercial business units on Ecosystems – screening, identification & adoption of all prospective and acquired portfolios.Qualifications, Skills, and experience Required.A Business/Banking/IT related degreeA post graduate degree in Banking, MBL, MBA or related.Professional certification in data science, analytics and/or product management, project Management.At least 8 years of Business development/Financial experience in a commercial banking environment with at least 3 years in a similar role or product development role.Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of financial services products, and propositions.Intimate knowledge of the competitive landscape and able to leverage the Group’s competitive advantage.Detailed knowledge of the operations of the broader financial services industry and related legislation.High level of business acumen, understanding and ability to transfer business strategy, goals and objectives into solutions.If you meet the above criteria and wish to be considered, upload your application on the CBZ LinkedIn platform not later than 27 July 2026.Please note: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
