Group Head of Compliance / MLRO

【Key Responsibilities】Regulatory ReportingAct as the registered Compliance Officer/MLRO on the goAML portal; responsible for filing STRs, SARs, and specific reports for Real Estate (REAR) and Precious Metals & Stones (DPMSR) sectors.License ManagementLiaise with VARA and the CBUAE to ensure compliant operations of Payment and Virtual Asset licenses; manage and lead responses to regulatory on-site inspections.Framework DesignDevelop and maintain tailored AML/CFT policy manuals and internal control frameworks for the Group’s diverse business segments, including Real Estate, Trading, and Consultancy. CDD/EDDOversee the onboarding of high-risk clients (specifically in Fintech and VA); conduct Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) and ensure accurate UBO (Ultimate Beneficial Owner) identification.Productization SupportCollaborate with the business team to standardize AML compliance workflows, transforming them into marketable Corporate Service Provider (CSP) products and solutions.【Requirements】Professional CertificationMust possess CAMS or ICA International Diploma in Compliance/AML.Industry ExperienceMinimum 5 years of compliance experience within the UAE; direct experience in Fintech (Payments) or Crypto (VARA) is highly preferred.Systems & ToolsProficient in the goAML portal; hands-on experience with on-chain monitoring tools (e.g., Chainalysis, Elliptic).Legal KnowledgeIn-depth knowledge of UAE Federal Decree-Law No. (20) of 2018 and its latest amendments.LanguagesFluent in English (excellent technical writing skills for compliance reports); Mandarin proficiency is a significant advantage for managing Chinese-speaking clientele.【Benefits】We offer a competitive compensation package and strictly adhere to UAE regulations:Legal Compliance: Comply with all UAE Labour Law regulations and public holidays.Salary Package: The salary package includes Housing and Transportation allowances.Administrative Support: Company-provided employment visa and medical insurance.Annual flight allowanceCompensation & Benefits】Remuneration: 8,000 - 14,000AEDWork Location: Dubai.Working hours: 10:00-19:00Reporting Line: CEO / Board of Directors【How to Apply】If you are interested in this position, please submit your CV in both Chinese and English to our recruitment team via email.
