Group Head of Finance (Global Private Equity Firm)

Madison Pearl is working closely with a multi-billion-dollar global private equity firm. They are looking to hire a Group Head of Finance to independently manage the day-to-day finance function across a complex, multi-jurisdiction group. The role covers the firm’s corporate and management entities rather than fund finance and reports directly to the Group CFO.Key Responsibilities:Take ownership of management reporting, statutory accounts, audit, tax, treasury, cash flow and finance operations.Manage regulatory and financial reporting across FCA, DFSA and/or FSRA-regulated entities.Oversee outsourced accounting providers across multiple jurisdictions and manage a small internal team.Maintain strong financial controls and ensure all reporting and compliance requirements are delivered accurately and on time.Key Requirements:Qualified accountant with 15+ years’ experience.Five or more years with a Big Four audit firm before moving into an in-house finance role.Experience within a private equity firm, investment manager or similarly regulated financial institution.Strong technical accounting, tax, audit and multi-entity reporting experience.Hands-on, organised and capable of operating with very little supervision.If you are interested in discussing this mandate, please contact Damion Cubitt on damion.cubitt@madisonpearl.com or apply directly to this job advertisement *Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted*
