Group Head of Global Transaction Banking Sales📍 GCC Region | BankingA leading bank in the GCC is looking to appoint a Group Head of Global Transaction Banking Sales to lead its GTB sales strategy across multiple international markets.This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced Transaction Banking sales professional with a strong track record across Cash Management and Trade Finance, together with significant international banking experience.Key responsibilities:• Lead the Group's Global Transaction Banking sales strategy across international markets.• Drive revenue growth across Cash Management, Trade Finance and Working Capital solutions.• Lead and develop a regional/global sales team through direct and indirect reporting lines.• Build senior relationships with multinational corporates and corporate treasurers.• Provide Treasury Advisory and structure sophisticated Cash Management solutions.• Lead complex Trade Finance transactions including Open Account, Structured Trade, Commodity and Inventory Finance.• Partner with Corporate Banking, Product, Credit, Risk and Operations to deliver end-to-end client solutions.Key requirements:• Minimum 15 years' experience in GTB business development and sales.• At least 10 years within an international bank sales environment.• Proven regional/global sales leadership experience.• Minimum 5 years' experience in Cash Management sales and 5 years in Trade Finance sales (concurrent experience will be considered).• Experience across at least two regions, with Middle East experience mandatory and Europe and/or Asia preferred.• Strong Treasury Advisory experience working with corporate treasurers and multinational clients.• Extensive experience in Trade Finance structuring, including Structured Trade, Commodity and Inventory Finance.• Strong credit knowledge, including credit structuring and drafting.• Credit trained/certified is mandatory.• Strong people leadership and stakeholder-management capabilities.If you are an experienced Global Transaction Banking / Cash Management / Trade Finance sales leader interested in a senior Group-level opportunity in Dubai, please get in touch.
