COMPANY: Leading Manufacturing GroupDESIGNATION: Group Head of Human ResourcesPACKAGE: Gross Rs 1 mn - Rs 1.2 mnOVERVIEWA leading and diversified manufacturing group is seeking an experienced Group Head of Human Resources to lead the overall HR function across the Group and drive HR strategy, governance, policies, organizational effectiveness and people transformation across multiple business entities.The ideal candidate should have strong Group-level HR leadership experience, with exposure to diversified industries / multiple business units, and a proven track record in developing and implementing HR policies, governance frameworks, systems and standards across a complex organization.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESLead the overall Group HR function and develop HR strategies aligned with the Group's business objectivesEstablish and strengthen Group-wide HR policies, governance frameworks, systems and standardsDevelop, review and implement HR policies, procedures and governance mechanisms across multiple companies and business unitsEnsure consistency and alignment of HR practices across the Group while considering individual business requirementsPartner with the Group leadership and business heads on organization structure, workforce strategy and people-related decisionsLead talent management, succession planning, leadership development and performance management across the GroupDrive organizational development, culture, employee engagement and change management initiativesOversee manpower planning, compensation & benefits, HR analytics and workforce productivityEstablish effective HR governance, controls, compliance mechanisms and reporting structuresLead the development and implementation of Group-level HR frameworks, SOPs and best practicesEnsure compliance with applicable labour laws, regulations and corporate governance requirementsDrive HR transformation through improved systems, processes, technology and data-driven decision-makingWork closely with senior management on organizational restructuring, business expansion, mergers, acquisitions and other strategic initiatives, where applicableBuild strong HR leadership capabilities across individual business units and subsidiariesMonitor HR KPIs and provide strategic insights and recommendations to Group leadershipLead and develop the Group HR team and create a high-performance HR culturePRE-REQUISITESBachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related field is mandatoryPostgraduate qualification / MBA / Master's in HR or Management will be an advantage15+ years of progressive HR experience, with significant experience at Head of HR / Group HR / HR Director levelStrong Group-level / multi-business HR experience is mandatoryProven experience managing HR across multiple companies, subsidiaries, business units or diversified industriesStrong exposure to HR policies, governance, frameworks, SOPs and organizational controls is mandatoryExperience in developing and standardizing Group-wide HR policies and practicesStrong understanding of strategic HR, organizational development, talent management and succession planningExperience partnering with CEOs, MDs, Group leadership and senior managementExposure to manufacturing / industrial environments is strongly preferred
