Group Human Resources Manager

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Group HR Manager with experience in 3PL Industry to lead and oversee the Human Resources function across the organization. The role is responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations for a diverse workforce, including riders, drivers, and corporate employees, while ensuring compliance with UAE Labour Law and organizational policies. The successful candidate will drive HR strategies, workforce planning, employee relations, payroll coordination, performance management, and operational excellence across multiple business units, supporting business growth in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.Core Duties & KPIs1. HR Department Leadership & Supervision• Supervise and control all activities of the HR department• Assign tasks, set priorities, and monitor performance of HR team members• Ensure HR team compliance with policies, timelines, and quality standards• Act as the final internal checkpoint before HR matters are escalated to management2. Workforce HR Operations (Riders, Drivers & Staff)• Oversee end-to-end HR operations for:- Bike riders- Car drivers- White-collar employees• Ensure proper execution of:- Recruitment and onboarding- Documentation and employee records- Medical insurance coordination- Leave and workforce status management- Disciplinary actions and investigations• Ensure no operational disruption due to HR delays3.
