Group Human Resources Manager

Role OverviewThe Group HR Manager will lead our clients HR function across multiple business units, overseeing payroll, employee relations, HR operations, compliance, and organisational development for both white-collar and blue-collar workforces. The role will ensure full compliance with UAE labour regulations while driving HR transformation, process improvement, systems upgrades, and modernisation initiatives that support business growth and operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end HR operations and payroll across the group, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.Oversee HR policies, employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits, and workforce planning.Ensure adherence to UAE Labour Law, WPS requirements, visa regulations, and all relevant employment legislation.Lead HR transformation projects, including the implementation, upgrade, and optimisation of HRIS, payroll, and people management systems.Drive process improvement initiatives to modernise HR practices, enhance employee experience, and improve operational efficiency.Partner with senior leadership on organisational design, change management, succession planning, and talent strategies.Develop HR reporting, governance, and compliance frameworks to support business objectives.Lead and mentor the HR team, fostering a high-performance and service-oriented culture.Key RequirementsMinimum 8+ years' HR experience, including leadership of payroll and HR operations.Strong understanding of UAE labour laws and regulatory requirements.Experience managing both white-collar and blue-collar employee populations.Proven track record delivering HR transformation, system implementations, and business modernisation initiatives.Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and change management skills.Ideal Profile: A commercially minded HR leader with strong operational expertise and a proven ability to modernise HR functions, improve systems and processes, and support business growth through effective people strategies.Salary: 30,000 AED - 50,000 AED (Plus Benefits)
