Join Our Growing Education GroupWe are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Group IT Manager to lead technology strategy and operations across our expanding network of K-12 schools in the UAE.Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a pivotal leadership role responsible for ensuring that our technology infrastructure, cybersecurity, educational platforms and business systems are secure, scalable, innovative and aligned with our commitment to delivering outstanding educational experiences.If you are passionate about leveraging technology to support teaching, learning and operational excellence while leading high-performing teams across multiple campuses, we would love to hear from you.Key Responsibilities✅ Develop and deliver the Group-wide IT strategy and technology roadmap✅ Oversee infrastructure, cloud services, networks, cybersecurity and business continuity✅ Lead educational technology initiatives supporting teaching, learning and student outcomes✅ Manage Microsoft 365, Azure, identity management, enterprise applications and integrations✅ Drive digital transformation across admissions, HR, finance, CRM, attendance and school operations✅ Lead and develop school-based IT teams across multiple campuses✅ Manage IT budgets, procurement, vendor relationships and technology projects✅ Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, safeguarding and data protection requirements✅ Support new school openings, campus expansions and strategic technology initiativesWhat We're Looking For✔ Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field✔ 8-10+ years of progressive IT experience, including leadership responsibilities✔ Strong expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure, cybersecurity, networking and enterprise systems✔ Experience managing multi-site IT operations and technical teams✔ Proven track record in technology project delivery, vendor management and budget oversight✔ Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skillsPreferred⭐ Experience within a K-12 school group, university or education environment⭐ ITIL, PMP, CISSP, CISM, Microsoft, Cisco or equivalent certifications⭐ Experience supporting school information systems, LMS platforms and educational technology⭐ Knowledge of UAE education sector requirements and data protection frameworksWhy Join Us?Opportunity to shape technology strategy across a growing education groupWork closely with senior leadership on transformative initiativesSupport innovative teaching and learning through technologyLead high-impact projects, including new school openings and digital transformation programmesCompetitive salary and benefits package
