We are currently seeking to appoint a Group IT & AI Manager to join our Group in Verdun, Lebanon.The successful candidate will be responsible to cover, but not limited to the below:Group IT Strategy, Governance & Architectureo Develop and implement the Group IT strategy, technology roadmap, governance framework, standards, and investment priorities in alignment with business objectives.o Establish common principles for systems architecture, cloud services, integrations, infrastructure, security, data, technology procurement, and lifecycle management.o Maintain visibility over technology risks, dependencies, technical debt, capacity needs, and major decisions and provide clear recommendations to the CEO.ERP & Business Applications Managemento Own the Group roadmap and technical governance for ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), business applications, integrations, and related digital platforms.o Coordinate business requirements, process design, testing, migration, implementation, and adoption with functional process owners and approved implementation partners.o Ensure system configuration, access, interfaces, upgrades, data flows, support arrangements, and change controls remain stable, documented, and aligned with approved requirements.Cybersecurity, Infrastructure & IT Operationso Establish and maintain Group standards for networks, servers, cloud services, endpoints, identity, access, email, collaboration tools, and technology infrastructure.o Implement cybersecurity controls covering threat protection, vulnerability management, patching, privileged access, monitoring, incident response, and user awareness.o Monitor technology availability, performance, incidents, security alerts, and service risks and coordinate timely restoration, root-cause resolution, and escalation.AI, Data & Digital Enablemento Establish the Group approach to AI, data, analytics, automation, and emerging technologies, including prioritization, governance, security, and responsible-use requirements.o Partner with business functions to identify and deliver practical AI, Power BI, Power Apps, workflow-automation, and data-visibility solutions with measurable operational value.o Govern data models, access, ownership, quality, documentation, and reporting standards in coordination with business data owners and relevant Finance stakeholders.IT Service Management & User Supporto Establish Group service-management standards covering service requests, incidents, problems, changes, escalation, response times, and user communication.o Monitor service performance against SLA (Service Level Agreement), user satisfaction, issue recurrence, support capacity, and agreed resolution targets.o Ensure users receive appropriate system guidance, technical support, access administration, onboarding, training, and communication regarding planned changes or outages.Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery & Complianceo Maintain IT business-continuity and DR (Disaster Recovery) plans covering critical systems, infrastructure, backups, recovery priorities, roles, and communication requirements.o Coordinate periodic backup verification, restoration exercises, cyber-response simulations, and disaster-recovery testing and ensure identified gaps are addressed. o Ensure compliance with applicable data-protection requirements, Group policies, contractual obligations, and relevant standards such as ISO (International Organization for Standardization) 27001, where adopted.IT Portfolio, Projects & Change Managemento Govern the Group technology portfolio by assessing business value, risk, urgency, dependencies, resource requirements, and alignment with the approved roadmap.o Establish project governance covering scope, milestones, budgets, responsibilities, testing, cutover, training, adoption, benefits realization, and post-implementation support.o Report project status, risks, delays, trade-offs, and decisions required and intervene promptly where delivery, security, or business continuity may be affected.IT Budget, Vendors, Contracts & Assetso Own the Group IT budget and resource plan, including OPEX (Operating Expenditure), CAPEX (Capital Expenditure), licenses, infrastructure, systems, projects, and support services.o Manage technology vendors, implementation partners, telecommunications providers, software agreements, support contracts, warranties, and service performance.o Govern the lifecycle, inventory, allocation, security, renewal, and disposal of hardware, software, accounts, subscriptions, and other technology assets.People Leadership, Stakeholder Partnership & Reportingo Lead and develop the ERP & IT Systems Lead and wider IT organization by setting clear roles, KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), capability plans, succession coverage, and performance expectations.o Partner with Group companies and functional leaders to understand business priorities, translate needs into sustainable technology solutions, and manage expectations and adoption.o Provide regular executive reporting on service performance, cybersecurity, systems, projects, data and AI initiatives, budgets, risks, and major decisions required.EducationBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field. A master’s degree or MBA (Master of Business Administration) is preferred.ExperienceMinimum of 12 years of progressive experience in enterprise IT, business systems, infrastructure, cybersecurity, digital transformation, or related technology roles, including at least five years in a senior leadership position.Demonstrated experience managing multi-entity or multi-country IT environments, ERP transformation, cybersecurity, infrastructure, business applications, vendors, budgets, and organizational change.Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Microsoft Power Platform, cloud services, data analytics, and AI-enabled business solutions is strongly preferred.
