Apply & track with Apply EdgeJob PurposeWe're looking for a hands-on Learning & Development Manager to lead our group-wide learning agenda — from spotting capability gaps to designing, rolling out, and measuring development programs across multiple business units. Reporting into the department head, you'll connect learning directly to succession planning and performance improvement, while helping build a best-in-class internal learning experience.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and deliver annual learning plans that address leadership, functional, and future-skills priorities group-wide.Diagnose development needs using talent data and business input, then convert findings into targeted programs.Own development planning for succession-pipeline talent and the learning components of performance improvement plans.Help grow the organization's internal learning platform, including exploring options to extend it beyond internal use.Champion learning as part of the employee experience, working with employer branding and communications to promote programs.Roll out L&D policies and ensure onboarding and mandatory training stay consistent and compliant across entities.Maintain dashboards and reports on engagement, completion, and business impact, and brief leadership on findings.Act as the main learning partner for HR Business Partners and business leaders; manage external vendors and training providers.Key Performance AreasSuccession-pipeline development and individual development plan completionLearning-linked performance improvement outcomesProgram engagement, satisfaction, and measurable business impactOnboarding delivery and new-hire experienceStakeholder satisfaction across HR and business leadershipVendor and learning budget managementGrowth of the internal learning platform and its external/commercial potentialAdoption and utilization of digital learning toolsEducation & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Psychology, Education, or a related field; a Master's degree is an advantage.6–9 years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, or Organizational Development, including group-level or multi-business-unit delivery.Track record designing and delivering enterprise-wide learning programs, including leadership development and capability building.Experience linking learning to succession planning, career frameworks, and performance management.Working knowledge of LMS platforms, digital learning tools, and analytics/reporting dashboards.A professional certification (e.g., CIPD, ATD, SHRM) and familiarity with AI-enabled learning tools are a plus.
