If you have a passion for Group Legal and a proven track record of success, we want to hear from you!About the Role：Group Legal Department General Manager!📍 Location: Hong Kong 📈 Positions Available: 1 Equal Opportunity StatementResponsibilitiesManagement of Major Legal Affairs at the Corporate Level: Handle domestic and international specialized legal matters, internal control and compliance issues in accordance with company needs and management directives; prevent and mitigate high-risk red-line issues; facilitate transactions; and provide legal empowerment for projects.Contract Management: Conduct, improve, and oversee daily contract reviews and legal risk alerts for various domestic and international contracts; perform legal assessments for major procurement and marketing project contracts; develop and continuously optimize standard contract templates; deliver contract training; manage archiving; and prevent or avoid external contractual risks.Legal Dispute Management: Handle, supervise, and guide litigation/arbitration cases, provide legal support for non-litigation disputes, and develop and maintain judicial resources.Legal Management Support: Provide legal support for corporate governance, labor law, and intellectual property matters, including seal approval warnings, appointment and qualification review of corporate officers and directors, patent application processes, and other related legal management activities.Legal Internal Control System Development and Management: Draft and revise legal-related systems and procedures; monitor, inspect, and guide implementation across departments.Legal Training: Organize and promote legal training programs to communicate legal policies and enhance employees’ legal awareness.Team Building: Establish and strengthen the legal team; enhance professional expertise and service quality; drive innovation and OKR-based learning and application across the department; and oversee administrative operations.QualificationsPossesses exceptional global legal leadership and an international strategic vision, capable of leading professional teams to provide high-level legal support and systematic strategic solutions for the group's major business decisions and global operations.Has a comprehensive understanding of core systems and judicial practices in the common law tradition, along with practical expertise across multiple legal jurisdictions, and solid professional experience and end-to-end operational know-how in areas including international commercial law, corporate governance, investment and mergers & acquisitions, trust management, intellectual property, and labor and employment disputes.Proficient in corporate business operations and the full spectrum of laws and regulations governing the oil and energy sector, with strong familiarity in international energy industry regulatory frameworks and commercial practices. Candidates with over ten years of legal compliance management experience in the oil and energy sector will be given priority.Demonstrates robust risk management capabilities, able to accurately identify, assess, manage, and systematically mitigate multidimensional legal risks both domestically and internationally.English is the primary working language; fluent in legal English for negotiations and documentation.
