Group Level - Financial Specialist

Financial Specialist – UAEWe're hiring a group level Financial Specialist to join our team in Dubai, UAE. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the Group’s consolidation and financial reporting processes, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely reporting in line with IFRS and Group accounting policies. You will work closely with the Group Financial Controller, supporting financial reporting, technical accounting, audit coordination, tax matters, and process improvement initiatives across a multinational group structure. What you'll doManage monthly, quarterly, and annual Group ( America, Europe, Middle East and Asia) consolidation and financial reporting processes across all Group entities.Prepare shareholder, Board, and management reporting, including financial performance analysis and commentary.Coordinate the Group external audit process and act as the primary finance contact for auditors.Provide technical accounting and IFRS guidance on complex transactions and maintain Group accounting policies.Oversee holding company statutory reporting and ensure compliance with regulatory filing requirements.Maintain strong financial controls, including balance sheet reconciliations, accounting schedules, and consolidation controls.Support tax accounting, transfer pricing, corporate tax, VAT, deferred tax, and related financial statement disclosures.Coordinate with external tax advisors and local finance teams on tax compliance matters across multiple jurisdictions.Monitor changes in tax legislation and international tax regulations and support implementation of required changes.Drive process improvements, automation, and standardization initiatives to enhance reporting efficiency.Partner with FP&A, Treasury, and Finance teams to ensure consistency and accuracy of financial information. What we're looking forQualified accountant (CA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent is mandatory.Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in Group consolidation and financial reporting within a multinational or complex Group structure.Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and experience applying accounting standards to complex transactions.Proven experience managing monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting and consolidation cycles.Strong understanding of tax accounting, corporate income tax, VAT, transfer pricing, and IAS 12 requirements.Knowledge of international tax frameworks including OECD BEPS initiatives, Pillar Two, and Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR).Strong analytical skills with the ability to balance technical accounting expertise and commercial awareness.If you're a detail-oriented finance professional with strong IFRS expertise and experience managing Group reporting in a multinational environment, we'd love to hear from you.
