Group Operations Director – Multi-Brand Restaurant Group London with national travel Up to £140,000I’m working with an established restaurant group looking for a Group Operations Director to lead its national portfolio through its next stage of growth.This is a broad role across several brands, leading multiple Heads of Operations and working closely with the senior leadership team. The focus is on connecting the teams and support functions more effectively, improving performance and putting the right structure in place as the group evolves.The role:Lead operational performance across a national, multi-brand estateCoach and develop Heads of Operations and their teamsImprove consistency, communication and accountability across the groupWork closely with People, Marketing, Finance and PropertyIdentify commercial opportunities and operational efficienciesSupport future acquisitions and growth plansWhat I’m looking for:Senior leadership experience within a substantial restaurant groupA strong commercial background and real credibility in restaurant operationsExperience leading large teams across a complex businessThe ability to bring structure and take people with you through changeExperience working closely with ownership and support functionsA collaborative, low-ego approachIf this sounds like you, get in touch: kate@corecruitment.com
