We are growing and opening a new office in Jayanagar, Bengaluru, and need a Group Operations Manager to build and run it.What you will do
- Run the Bengaluru office and lead teams in order processing, import documentation, contracts, master data, HR and NetSuite.
- Own order-to-delivery for our Oman customers, including government hospitals and ministries, and prevent delivery penalties.
- Set up processes for each team and drive automation with AI.What you need
- 10+ years of experience (mandatory) in operations, supply chain or order management, with team leadership.
- Import, distribution or trading background; medical, pharma or laboratory products preferred.
- ERP experience (NetSuite preferred) and GCC exposure preferred.Working terms: work from office, 6 days a week (Saturday to Thursday, Friday off), 10 AM to 7 PM IST.
