Group Product Manager - GLP-1

About the RoleWe are looking for a strategic and commercially driven Group Product Manager to lead the GLP-1 portfolio in Pakistan, across the Type 2 Diabetes and Obesity segments. The role will own brand strategy, planning, market development, and commercial performance, while driving meaningful engagement with key healthcare professionals, particularly Endocrinologists, Diabetologists, Internists, Gynecologists, and Cardiologists. The incumbent will also lead initiatives across field force effectiveness, medical education, and patient support programs, ensuring strong execution and compliance with applicable company codes and standards. This is an opportunity to play a key role in building and shaping the GLP-1 category in Pakistan through strong brand leadership, stakeholder engagement, and commercial excellence.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute annual and 3 year brand plans for the GLP1 portfolio in type 2 diabetes and obesity, covering market analysis (IQVIA), segmentation, positioning, and forecasting.Lead integrated marketing campaigns, scientific engagement programs, KOL development, and customer engagement initiatives.Drive market development, digital engagement and field-force effectiveness while ensuring compliance with applicable pharmaceutical regulations and ethical promotional standards.Run patient-support and adherence programmes (initiation, dose titration, access and affordability).Work with Supply Chain, Regulatory and Pharmacovigilance to ensure cold-chain availability.Drive sales performance, market share, marketing ROI and budgets, and implement corrective actions to achieve portfolio growth within assigned SP-to-sales ratio.Eligibility CriteriaPharm-DMBA would be an added advantage
