Zanda partners with VC’s, Founder’s, CEO’s and CFO’s when it comes to successfully delivering on key senior appointments.Who’s the businessZanda is partnering with a Private Equity backed International Software business who have operations across 10+ countries. With a head office in the US, they are looking to hire a Financial Reporting Manager to join the team in London. As Financial Reporting Manager you will be responsible for leading and developing a high performing team.Reporting to the Group Financial Controller and partnering the CFO, you will own the month end close and drive and lead key financial process improvements. The business are in the office 3 days a week in Central London.What experiences you will gainLeading the financial reporting process under IFRS and US GAAPStreamlining and improving the monthly close cycle, ensuring robust checks and controls are presentMaintaining appropriate accounting policies for the Group and keeping track of changes in accounting policies and standards Designing and implementing financial and internal control processesEnsuring continuous improvement of the financial control functionPartnering with Stakeholders across the business to improve the reporting processEngaging with the external auditors to ensure a smooth year end auditDeveloping and providing leadership to a highly skilled team in London What background should you have before you press apply!Qualified Accountant (ACA) Experience within a high growth Technology businessGroup consolidation experience within industry, ideally Investor backedDemonstratable experience of delivering processes and systems improvements
