Group Senior Procurement Specialist

Saudi German Health is looking for an experienced Group Senior Procurement Specialist to join our team in Saudi Arabia - Jeddah.The successful candidate will support group-level procurement activities, ensuring effective sourcing, supplier management, cost optimization, and compliance with procurement policies and procedures across the organization.Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing, RFQs/RFPs, evaluation, negotiation, and supplier selection.Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and key internal stakeholders.Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, contracts, and service agreements to achieve optimal value.Conduct market research and benchmarking to identify competitive suppliers and cost-saving opportunities.Monitor supplier performance, quality, delivery, and contractual compliance.Support procurement strategies and initiatives across the Group.Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, approval processes, and governance standards.Identify opportunities for cost optimization, process improvement, and procurement efficiency.Prepare procurement reports, spend analysis, and supplier performance evaluations.Collaborate closely with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and other departments to support business requirements.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Procurement, Engineering, or a related field.Minimum 5+ years of relevant procurement experience, preferably within a large or multi-site organization.Healthcare or hospital procurement experience is highly preferred.Strong experience in strategic sourcing, vendor management, contract negotiation, and cost optimization.Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Good knowledge of procurement processes, policies, and best practices.Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.Experience working in Saudi Arabia is preferred.
