Experience Maldivian magic of the highest calibre at this world of sun-soaked sophistication, where impeccable design meets sprawling and spectacular surroundings.Sun Siyam Resorts is seeking an experienced, energetic, and highly capable Group Talent Development Manager to help shape learning, leadership, and capability development across our resort portfolio and Head Office.The RoleAs Group Talent Development Manager, you will support the implementation of the Group Talent Development strategy and lead the coordination and delivery of key learning initiatives across Head Office and resort properties. You will facilitate training, develop learning resources, support resort teams, monitor learning outcomes, and contribute to the continuous improvement of training systems and programmes.The role is based at Head Office and requires regular travel to Sun Siyam resort destinations.ResponsibilitiesSupport the Group L&D strategy, training calendar, and capability-building initiatives.Design and deliver learning programmes for employees, supervisors, and leaders across the Group.Identify training needs with HR, General Managers, Head of Departments, and operational leaders and develop relevant programmes.Develop and maintain training materials, digital content, and learning resources.Coordinate training schedules, logistics, records, and programme implementation.Monitor training effectiveness, feedback, completion, and learning outcomes and report to management.Coach and support internal trainers, supervisors, and workplace mentors.Conduct resort visits to deliver training, support implementation, and identify development opportunities.Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external providers to ensure practical and hospitality-focused learning solutions.Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Hospitality, HR, Learning & Development, Education, Business Management, or a related field.5–7 years’ relevant experience in L&D, training, hospitality, HR development, or related areas.Proven experience in training facilitation, coaching, and workshops for employees and leaders.Strong knowledge of adult learning, training needs analysis, learning evaluation, and instructional design.Good understanding of hospitality operations, service culture, and guest experience.Strong communication, presentation, stakeholder management, planning, and organisational skills.Comfortable working across multiple properties and travelling to resorts.Proficient in Microsoft Office; LMS and digital learning experience is an advantage.Postgraduate qualifications or professional certifications in L&D, Training, Coaching, or Organisational Development are an advantage.Why join Sun Siyam Resorts?
