Group Treasury Manager - Permanent Opportunity - 5 days per week on-siteAn exciting opportunity to join a high-growth, future-focused manufacturing business operating at the forefront of an innovative and rapidly evolving sector.This is a standalone treasury role in a start-up environment, offering the chance to take ownership of the treasury function whilst working closely with senior leadership in a fast-paced, scaling environment. The position offers a broad remit spanning core treasury operations, alongside some exposure to investor relations, fundraising and debt activities. There also may be some travel to the US.Key responsibilities:Ownership of treasury operations across cash management, liquidity, payments and bankingManagement of domestic and international banking relationships with particular emphasis on the USSupporting FX risk management and hedging activitiesDeveloping treasury policies, controls and governance frameworksEnhancing treasury systems, processes and reporting capabilitiesPartnering with senior stakeholders across finance and the wider businessOpportunity to support with fundraising activities and debt management initiativesExposure to investor relations and supporting engagement with investors and lendersSupporting the continued scaling and evolution of the treasury function

Requirements

Proven treasury experience across operations, cash management and bankingExperience managing treasury activities for US entities and a strong understanding of US treasury operations is essentialManufacturing experience is preferred but not essentialStrong understanding of FX and hedging activitiesConfident operating in a standalone treasury environment, with the ability to establish, enhance and take ownership of treasury processes, controls and ways of workingA highly hands-on approach, comfortable balancing strategic initiatives with day-to-day treasury operationsAbility to thrive in a growing, changing environmentProactive, continuous improvement mindsetStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsLocation & Package:Central London5 days per week in the office, with potential flexibility to 4 daysCompetitive salary plus equity participationAvailable at one months' notice - please note that three months' is likely too long to be consideredThis is an excellent opportunity for a treasury professional seeking a broad, high-impact role within an innovative growth business, with the opportunity to build treasury capability whilst gaining exposure to funding strategy, debt management and investor engagement.Please note that sponsorship is not available for this position.
