Role Description The Growth & Admin Lead role is a full-time, on-site position located in Port Harcourt. In this role, you will drive the company’s growth through effective strategies, oversee administrative functions, and support the achievement of business objectives. Key responsibilities include creating and executing growth strategies, handling project management, leading sales initiatives, providing data-driven analytical insights, and maintaining clear and effective communication across teams to ensure smooth organizational operations. Qualifications Proficient in Growth Hacking and Sales strategies to drive measurable business outcomesStrong Analytical Skills for leveraging data to make informed decisions and optimize processesExcellent Communication skills to engage with teams, stakeholders, and clients effectivelyProject Management expertise to plan, coordinate, and execute initiatives efficientlyExperience in business operations or administration is a plusProblem-solving mindset and the ability to adapt to dynamic business environmentsProven ability to work collaboratively and lead cross-functional teamsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
