This individual will work across businesses and departments, rather than being tied to a single vertical or function.This is a 0→1 role for someone who enjoys taking ambiguous business problems and turning them into experiments, products, automations and scalable systems.You won't be working within a fixed playbook. You'll use data, customer insights, technology and experimentation to identify opportunities, build solutions, measure what works and scale successful ideas.This is not a traditional marketing role, a strategy-only role, or a consulting role. You will work closely with senior leadership and teams across Product, Tech, Data, Marketing and Operations to take problems from hypothesis → execution → measurable outcome.What You'll DoOwn growth initiatives across the customer journey, from acquisition to conversion, engagement and retention. Use data and customer insights to identify opportunities, diagnose problems and understand what's driving business outcomes. Design, launch and measure growth experiments Work across Product, Marketing, Data and Operations to take ideas from hypothesis to execution. Build lightweight tools, workflows and automations to improve speed, efficiency and scalability. Use AI and emerging technologies extensively to solve business problems and automate manual work. Identify repetitive or inefficient processes and figure out how they can be simplified, automated or eliminated. Track business and funnel metrics, understand what is working and continuously iterate. Conduct customer research wherever quantitative data alone does not explain the problem. Take ownership of new growth problems as the business evolves. Liaise with Sales, Operations, Strategy and CXOs to align on priorities and drive impactful projects to completion.What We're Looking ForWe care more about how you think and execute than about a particular background.You could have worked in growth, product, engineering, business operations, founder's office or an early-stage startup.You Will Probably Be a Strong Fit IfYou have 4–8 years of experience, with a track record of independently owning meaningful projects, products or business problems. You are highly analytical and comfortable working with imperfect or incomplete data. You naturally think in terms of hypotheses, experiments and measurable outcomes. You are technically comfortable and can use technology to solve problems without depending on an engineering team for everything. You actively use AI tools and are excited about what they can enable. You have a strong bias towards execution and can move from an idea to something testable quickly. You enjoy working across functions and chasing an outcome, rather than completing only your part of a task. You are comfortable with ambiguity and don't need a detailed playbook to get started. You can communicate clearly and work directly with founders and senior leaders.
