Growth & Business Development Intern

🚀 Looking for an InternI’m looking for a motivated intern who can take ownership of a few areas and work independently to get results.The role will involve:

• Social media posting and content execution
• Preparing quotations and basic client documents
• GTM and client acquisition activities
• Handling inbound and outbound leads
• Lead research, outreach and follow-upsYou will be trained on the GTM and client acquisition process. The expectation is not just to complete assigned tasks, but to understand the goal, figure out how to achieve it, and work autonomously.⏱️ Time commitment:Approximately 2–3 hours per day.The performance will be assessed based on the outcome, not the number of hours you spend. If you can achieve the required results efficiently while spending less time, that is always welcome.I also want you to bring your own ideas and thoughts. If you find a better, faster or smarter way to achieve the goal, I want you to suggest it and take the initiative.💰 Compensation:
• Base: ₹3,500/month - 1st Month₹5000/month - 2nd Month
• Additional earnings through performance-based incentives (Major part of your earning)For example:
• Social media posts reaching specific engagement targets → incentive
• Client converted through your outbound efforts → incentive
