Growth & Business Development Intern

RMG is on the lookout for someone obsessed with the world of consumer media and events. This is a full-time role, hybrid-based. We are building a modern media brand across content, original formats, events and intellectual property. We're looking for someone who:Spends a disproportionate amount of time on podcasts, business case studies, documentaries and interviews.Is hyper-ambitious and curious about how companies, brands and business models work.High agency is a must. Your ability to figure things out and get them done will set you apart from the rest.Can research quickly, communicate clearly and work independently. Speed is everything, and you have to love moving fast.Is proactive and entrepreneurial by default. We love people who are wired differently.Your role would primarily require you to:Spend a lot of your hours researching and programming content on businesses, industries, consumer markets and emerging trends.Identify potential clients, partners and commercial opportunities.Support business development, outreach and proposals.Assist with the planning and execution of RMG's content, events and other initiatives.Develop ideas for new content formats, products and business opportunities.We're ideally looking for someone who likes to play the long game.
