Growth & Partnerships Lead

Woof Studios Africa is a creator services and content company helping African creators build scalable IP, stronger distribution, and sustainable monetisation opportunities.We are looking for a commercially driven Business Lead to lead business development and unlock brand partnerships for both Woof Studios and our creator ecosystem.What You’ll DoOwn and grow Woof Studios’ business development and revenue pipeline.Build relationships with brands, agencies and marketing decision-makers.Identify and close creator–brand partnerships and commercial opportunities.Develop pitches, proposals and partnership models that connect brands with the right creators.Create opportunities beyond traditional influencer marketing, including content production, IP, licensing, social commerce and other creator-economy revenue streams.Work closely with creators and internal creative teams to develop compelling commercial propositions.Manage negotiations and partnerships from opportunity through execution.Identify new markets, categories and revenue opportunities for Woof Studios.What We’re Looking For5+ years’ experience in business development, brand management, advertising, media, partnerships or a related field.Strong understanding of the Nigerian brand and advertising ecosystem.Existing relationships with brands, agencies and marketing leaders.Proven ability to develop and close commercial partnerships.Strong negotiation, presentation and relationship-building skills.Understanding of creators, content and the creative economy.Entrepreneurial, commercially hungry and comfortable building from the ground up.Experience in talent management, entertainment, content production, digital media or IP development is a strong plus.Why Woof?This is an opportunity to help build the commercial engine connecting African creators, brands, content and global markets and play a key role in shaping the next phase of Africa’s creator economy.Interested?
