Growth & Sales Lead — Laundry Central (Dubai)Location: Dubai (Hybrid) Type: Full-time Reports to: Managing Director Salary: AED [2,000-3,000] base + commission on B2B accounts securedAbout Laundry CentralWe're a Dubai-based on-demand laundry, dry cleaning and shoe care service. No app, no call centre, no aggregator taking a cut — customers WhatsApp us, we pick up from their door and bring it back clean. We serve villa communities across Villanova, Town Square, Dubai Hills, Arabian Ranches and Damac Hills, plus a growing list of salons, spas and gyms.We're small and growing fast. This role sits at the centre of both sides of that growth.What you'll doOwn the customer desk (daily)Answer and confirm all incoming orders on WhatsApp and phone — fast, warm, no delaysQuote prices accurately from our price list, upsell where it makes sense (ironing add-ons, shoe care, household items)Log every order in our tracker with the correct Order ID and customer detailsCoordinate daily pickup and delivery routes with our driver — sequence stops sensibly, keep him informed of changesSend pickup confirmations and delivery updates to customers; document item condition at intakeHandle complaints and delays directly: acknowledge, resolve, follow upChase repeat business from customers who've gone quietWin corporate clients (weekly targets)Build and work a pipeline of B2B prospects: hair salons, spas, pilates and yoga studios, gyms, barbershops, restaurants, clinicsCold visit and cold call — Dubai B2B is won face-to-face, not over emailPrioritise pre-opening businesses that haven't signed a laundry vendor yetPitch our value: reliable weekly turnaround, dedicated pickup slots, transparent per-piece pricing, no hidden chargesNegotiate and close monthly contracts; hand over cleanly to operationsKeep signed accounts happy — check in monthly, catch service issues before they become cancellationsWhat we're looking for2+ years in sales, customer service, or operations coordination — laundry, hospitality, facilities management or FMCG distribution is a plusComfortable picking up the phone and walking into a business cold. This is not a desk-only role.Excellent spoken and written English.
