As an Analyst, Growth & Strategy, you will play a pivotal role in driving visibility, insights, and execution across our international markets.Reporting to the Senior Manager, Growth & Strategy, you will manage core data sources, create impactful reporting, and support strategic projects that guide market entry, performance management, and category growth. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong analytical skills with commercial awareness, and who can transform data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholdersKEY RESPONSIBILITIESPERFORMANCE & REPORTINGManage and integrate data sources (distributor, Nielsen, Circana/IRI, internal sales, e-commerce)Build and maintain performance dashboards and recurring reporting in Excel & Power BIDeliver accurate, timely insights for monthly and quarterly business reviews (MBRs/QBRs)INSIGHTS & STRATEGY SUPPORTPartner with the Senior Manager to synthesize data into meaningful growth stories and recommendationsSupport market entry evaluations and launch performance trackingProvide ad hoc deep dives into performance drivers, pricing, promotions, and distributionSTAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT & PROJECTSCollaborate with Commercial, Marketing, and Finance partners to ensure insights inform decision-makingSupport international commercial forums (QBRs, launch reviews, innovation updatesManage timelines and deliverables for reporting and analysis projectsCATEGORY AND CONSUMERContribute to category management projects and competitive analysis to contextualize performance data.Leverage category insights from the global category team and translate them into actionable perspectives for international marketsCollaborate closely with the international consumer insights lead to connect consumer learnings with market performanceSupport integration of category and consumer insights into commercial forums, performance reviews and market entry assessmentsQUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE 3 – 4 years’ experience in FMCG/CPG, analytics, commercial insights, or related rolesStrong analytical capability with experience in Nielsen, Circana/IRI, and distributor dataProficiency in Excel and Power BI; experience with SQL or other BI tools is a plusStrong commercial understanding and ability to connect insights to business outcomesExcellent communication and storytelling skills — able to turn complex data into clear narrativesStrong project management and stakeholder engagement skills; comfortable working across functions and geographiesCategory management experience a plusInternational experience or exposure desirableDIVERSITY Celsius Holdings, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
