We distribute films from filmmakers worldwide with the best revenue share in the industry, and we produce original vertical series out of our studio in Delhi. Small team. Big ambitions. Bootstrapped on purpose.You'll work directly with the founder (ex-Amazon, ran a Sequoia-backed startup for 9 years). That means real autonomy, real expectations, and no layers of nonsense between you and the work.Responsibilities:Live inside our analytics dashboards — track what's working, flag what's not, and figure out whyBuild financial models, unit economics breakdowns, and strategy docs that actually drive decisionsMonitor acquisition funnels, retention cohorts, and engagement metrics across the platformResearch new markets, channels, and distribution opportunities — come back with a plan, not a reportEvaluate tools, platforms, and partnerships that can move growth levers at our scaleWork across teams to design and ship GTM experiments end-to-endWhatever else matters this week — at a small team, the job description is a suggestionWhat you should bring:1-3 years in strategy, growth, consulting, or an early-stage startup where you wore multiple hatsYou're fluent in Excel, analytics tools, and marketing dashboards — data is how you thinkSharp pattern recognition — you spot signals in messy data and turn them into actionStrong written communication — your memos and docs move decisions forwardBias for speed over perfectionWho should apply:You want to start your own company in 2-3 years and want real founder-adjacent experienceYou'd rather own outcomes than tasksYou're fine with nowhere to hide — you'll see every part of the business"Figure it out" sounds like an opportunity, not a problem
