We move fast, solve problems on the go, and expect the same energy from our team.Role Overview:We’re looking for a high-energy hustler to work on the Lead Generation department in PedalInvest, the investing vertical of PedalStart. This role is centered around sourcing investor leads, building relationships, and supporting deal flow. You’ll work closely with the investment and core team, gaining first-hand exposure to how early-stage investing actually works.Key Responsibilities:Build and maintain an investor database and outreach trackersSupport investor outreach via LinkedIn, email, and ecosystem communitiesCoordinate follow-ups and help nurture long-term investor relationshipsSource and research investor leads (angels, HNIs, VCs, family offices)Assist in matching startups with relevant investorsSupport execution of demo days, pitch sessions, and investor meetsWork closely with founders and the investment team on deal-flow activitiesWhat We’re Looking ForInterest in startups, venture capital, and early-stage investingProactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable with outreach & follow-upsAbility to work in a fast-paced, execution-driven environmentSomeone who can join immediatelyWhy PedalStart?Direct exposure to investors, founders, and startup deal flowLearn how early-stage investments are sourced and evaluatedHands-on experience in investor relations & venture operations Be part of India’s growing startup investment ecosystemWorking Days: 6 days (WFO)Compensation: 4-5 LPAExperience: 0-2 yearsLocation: Koramangala, Bengaluru
