About the RoleWe're looking for a data-driven Growth Manager to lead user growth across our lending products — having experience in Credit cards (Mandatory) and secured & unsecured loans, This role owns the full user lifecycle — acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention — combining sharp analytical thinking with hands-on execution to deliver measurable business outcomes.As new lines of business launch in the lending space, you'll take on end-to-end business ownership of them as well.You'll own the full growth number: identifying cohorts and opportunities across channels, running CRM-led growth initiatives, and driving both revenue and profitability. Beyond owned channels, you'll also build and manage lead-sourcing partnerships with external platforms and digital channels to diversify acquisition.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive growth across Credit cards , secured & unsecured loans— acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention.Own end-to-end funnel performance: identify drop-offs, analyze user behavior, and implement optimizations that improve conversion.Collaborate with lenders/Aggregator platform and channel partners to hit revenue targets.Manage vendor onboarding and launches end-to-end — legal agreement closure and coordination with product/tech teams on development.Scale top-of-funnel acquisition through strategic partnerships with affiliates, LSPs, Aggregators, digital channels, and DSAs.Use data and cohort analysis to track performance, surface insights, and drive measurable growth outcomes.Own reporting accuracy, data interpretation, and growth metrics end-to-end.What We're Looking For3–5 years of experience in growth, product, or business roles — fintech/BFSI strongly preferred.Proven ability to own and move both top-line and bottom-line numbers.Strong analytical skills with hands-on funnel and cohort analysis experience.Experience managing external partnerships (lenders, affiliates, LSPs, DSAs) and closing vendor onboarding/legal agreements.Comfortable working cross-functionally with product, tech, and legal teams.A self-starter mindset — ready to take ownership of new lines of business as they launch.
