Growth Manager – B2C FinTech | Lending & InvestmentsAbout the RoleWe’re looking for a data-driven Growth Manager to drive user growth across our lending and investment products, including secured & unsecured loans, gold loans, Loan Against Mutual Funds, and Digital Gold. The role will own the full user lifecycle — acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention — with a strong focus on funnel optimization, revenue, profitability, and scalable growth.You’ll also work on new lending business lines, taking end-to-end ownership as they launch.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive growth across lending and digital investment products across the user lifecycle.Own end-to-end funnel performance and identify opportunities to improve conversion and user journeys.Drive revenue and business growth through CRM, digital channels, partnerships, affiliates, LSPs and DSAs.Collaborate with lenders and channel partners to achieve business and revenue targets.Manage vendor onboarding and launches, including legal agreements and coordination with Product & Technology.Leverage data, cohort analysis and growth metrics to identify insights and drive measurable outcomes.Own growth reporting, performance tracking, and data interpretation.Take end-to-end ownership of new business lines as they launch.What We’re Looking For3–5 years of experience in Growth, Product, or Business roles.Experience in FinTech/BFSI, preferably lending or investments.Strong understanding of growth funnels, conversion optimization and cohort analysis.Proven experience owning top-line and bottom-line business numbers.Experience managing external partnerships such as lenders, affiliates, LSPs or DSAs.Experience with vendor onboarding and legal/commercial agreement closure.Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across Product, Technology and Legal.A self-starter who can independently own and scale new business opportunities.
