Growth Manager

About the RoleWe are looking for a Quick Commerce Manager to lead and scale our clients' businesses across leading quick-commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto and Swiggy Instamart.The role will involve managing multiple brand accounts, developing quick-commerce growth strategies, driving platform sales and visibility, managing campaigns and promotions, and working closely with both clients and platform teams.The ideal candidate should be hands-on, data-driven and comfortable taking complete ownership of client business performance.Key Responsibilities1. Quick Commerce Strategy & GrowthDevelop and execute growth strategies for multiple client brands across Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart and other emerging Q-commerce platforms.Own platform-wise and SKU-wise sales/GMV growth.Identify opportunities for assortment expansion, new SKU launches, city expansion and improved visibility.Develop monthly and quarterly growth plans aligned with client business objectives.Track category trends, competitor activity, pricing and promotional strategies.2. Platform ManagementManage day-to-day business operations across Q-commerce platforms.Build and maintain relationships with category managers, account managers and platform SPOCs.Identify and negotiate opportunities for additional visibility, placements, campaigns and platform-led activations.Coordinate new product launches, listing requirements, pricing updates and assortment expansion.3. Performance Marketing & AdsPlan, execute and optimize Q-commerce advertising campaigns across Blinkit, Zepto and Instamart.Manage budgets and optimize campaigns based on ROAS, ACOS/TACOS, CTR, CVR and sales contribution.Manage sponsored products, search ads, banners and other platform visibility opportunities.Conduct keyword, competitor and campaign performance analysis.Continuously identify opportunities to improve organic and paid visibility.4. Marketplace OperationsMonitor product listings, content, pricing, inventory and availability.Track in-stock %, fill rate, stock-outs and lost sales opportunities.Coordinate with client supply-chain/operations teams to ensure product availability across dark stores.Identify and resolve listing, inventory, pricing and platform-related issues.5. Client ManagementAct as the primary Q-commerce point of contact for assigned clients.Present performance reports, insights and growth recommendations during regular client reviews.Translate business objectives into actionable Q-commerce strategies.Manage multiple stakeholders and ensure timely execution of agreed action plans.Proactively identify issues and opportunities rather than simply executing client instructions.6. Reporting & AnalyticsPrepare daily/weekly/monthly performance reports and dashboards.Analyze platform-wise, city-wise and SKU-wise performance.Track key metrics including:GMV / RevenueROAS / ACOS / TACOSAd SpendConversion RateShare of Search / VisibilityIn-stock %Fill RateAverage Order ValueContribution / profitabilityGenerate actionable insights and recommendations for clients.Candidate Profile5–7 years of experience in Quick Commerce, E-commerce, Marketplace Management or Digital Commerce.Hands-on experience with Blinkit, Zepto and/or Swiggy Instamart.Prior experience working with an agency managing multiple brands/accounts will be strongly preferred.Strong understanding of Q-commerce advertising, marketplace operations and growth levers.Experience managing client relationships and presenting business performance.Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel/Google Sheets knowledge.Good understanding of ROAS, ACOS, TACOS, GMV, conversion, search ranking, inventory and marketplace metrics.Experience in FMCG, D2C, F&B, beauty/personal care or consumer brands would be an advantage.Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder-management skills.Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously in a fast-paced agency environment.Strong ownership mindset with the ability to independently identify problems and drive solutions.
