Growth Manager

We’re hiring a Growth Manager at Hala.Hala is a first-of-its-kind partnership between RTA and Careem mandated to revolutionize Dubai’s taxi industry through collaboration between the government and the private sector.We’re looking for a data-driven Growth Manager to lead initiatives across user acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention.Key responsibilities:Own and drive user growth and retention strategiesImprove customer lifecycle performance and user lifetime valueBuild targeted campaigns based on user segmentation and behaviorManage discounting strategies while balancing growth and profitabilityRun experiments and analyze performance to identify growth opportunitiesWork closely with Product, Marketing, and Data teamsUse SQL to analyze large datasets and generate actionable insightsWhat we’re looking for:3–6 years of experience in Growth, Lifecycle, or Performance MarketingStrong SQL skillsExperience with segmentation, cohort analysis, experimentation, and campaign optimizationStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsGood communication and stakeholder management skillsBachelor’s degree or higherIf you’re interested in joining Hala and helping drive the next stage of our growth journey, we’d love to hear from you.
