Location: BengaluruAbout the RoleUnreal Foods is looking for a dynamic Growth Manager to drive business growth, customer acquisition, revenue, and category expansion across its restaurant brands and food business.Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute growth strategies to drive revenue, customer acquisition, and repeat business.- Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and expansion avenues across food delivery and dine-in channels.- Drive category growth, sales performance, and promotional campaigns across online food delivery platforms.- Work closely with Swiggy, Zomato, and other partners to improve visibility, conversions, and overall business performance.- Analyse sales data, customer behaviour, and market insights to identify growth opportunities.- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and leadership teams to execute growth initiatives.- Track key business metrics and drive initiatives to improve profitability and customer engagement.Preferred Background- 3–6 years of experience in growth, category management, business planning, or revenue strategy.- Candidates from Swiggy, Zomato, Curefoods, or other Food & Beverage (F&B) brands will be preferred.- Experience in driving business growth, revenue, category performance, or customer acquisition.- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Interested candidates can apply or share their profiles.
