About the Company:We're building an early-stage startup, its an international AI recruitment platform from the ground up, and we're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to join us early and own the entire marketing function.This is a rare setup, you'll have the freedom of an agency and the ownership of an early hire. You'll set the strategy, build the campaigns, run the media, and generate pipeline yourself across the GCC, Europe, and the US. B2B and B2C simultaneously, with real ownership. No bureaucracy, no layers just you, your craft, and a product worth marketing.ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute the growth marketing strategy across acquisition, activation, and retentionBuild and manage paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, and MetaOwn content strategy in Arabic and English, social, email, SEO, AEO, and product communicationsBuild the marketing pipeline that feeds the sales team with qualified leadsSet up and own marketing analytics measure what matters, report clearly to leadershipManage and develop one direct reportOwn the brand voice across all channels in both languagesRequirements4–7 years of experience in growth or performance marketingMust have worked at a SaaS companyMust have previously worked at a Saudi Arabian company — this is a firm requirementStrong written and spoken Arabic and EnglishHands-on with paid social, SEO, and email marketing toolsComfortable in a fast-moving startup environmentExperience marketing a B2B, B2C platform to business decision-makers
