Role SummaryTrueAlpha is launching the Founders Fellowship Program, a premium 3-month fundraising and storytelling program for aspiring founders and next-gen entrepreneurs, priced at a premium and built to become the go-to credential for founders raising capital in India. We're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to own the full enrollment funnel for the Fellowship — from audience-building to lead generation to conversion — working directly with the Founding Partner. Success in this role looks like a predictable, repeatable pipeline of qualified applicants for each cohort, built on a mix of organic content and paid acquisition. This is a high-ownership role for someone who thinks like a growth hacker first and a marketer second — comfortable building funnels from scratch, testing channels fast, and getting hands-on with sales conversations when needed. Open to both full-time and part-time arrangements for the right person.ResponsibilitiesDesign and build the end-to-end enrollment funnel for the Fellowship, from awareness to application to paid conversionGrow and convert TrueAlpha's existing LinkedIn audience into Fellowship applicantsIdentify, test, and scale additional channels — Facebook, Google, and YouTube — including running paid campaigns (budget available)Drive content development across channels to build a larger top-of-funnel audience for TrueAlpha and the FellowshipTrack funnel metrics closely (CAC, conversion rates by channel/stage) and iterate based on dataWhere needed, directly engage prospective participants to move them through the funnel and close enrollmentsWork closely with the Founding Partner on positioning, messaging, and campaign strategy for each cohort launchQualifications1–3 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or a sales/growth hybrid roleDemonstrated experience building or running a marketing/sales funnel — LinkedIn, Meta, and Google Ads experience strongly preferredComfortable owning both the marketing and sales side of a funnel, not just top-of-funnel awarenessStrong bonus: prior experience in education/edtech sales, especially selling premium or high-ticket programsData-driven — comfortable working with funnel metrics and campaign dashboardsStrong written communication skills for content and campaign copySelf-starter, comfortable working directly with a founder in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment
