As Growth Marketing Manager, you'll own how EB1A Experts shows up online and in the real world running an events led, partnership powered growth program that builds trust with accomplished professionals and delivers a consistent pipeline of qualified consultations.What You Require• 5+ years of hands-on growth marketing experience, with events marketing as a core strength you've independently owned webinars and offline events end to end, including budgets and vendors.• Experience growing high-trust, considered-purchase services such as immigration, legal, financial services, healthcare, or consulting, with proven BTL / on-ground activation experience.• Strong social media marketing experience across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube organic content, community management, and paid amplification alongside solid digital marketing fundamentals in paid media, email, landing pages, and SEO basics.• Working fluency with the everyday marketing stack: CRM and automation, webinar and event platforms, email tools, web and campaign analytics, and design or collaboration tools.• A self-driven, organized, detail-oriented operator who is accountable for outcomes.• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.Preferred Qualifications• Experience marketing to accomplished working professionals in the U.S., such as senior technologists, physicians, business leaders, or founders. Immigration industry experience is welcome, not mandatory.• Experience managing agencies, event vendors, freelancers, and influencer or partner relationships, with direct budget ownership.• A degree in marketing, business, or communications, or equivalent professional marketing certification.What You'll Do• Own an always-on events calendar plan and execute online webinars and offline events (company-hosted, networking, sponsorships) end to end, from speaker and vendor logistics through registration, attendance, and consultations booked.• Drive integrated growth initiatives across online and offline channels on ground activations, community outreach, social campaigns, and email/direct mail to build visibility and generate qualified leads.• Build and manage a partner ecosystem of law firms, relocation firms, industry experts, and professional associations, sourcing high-authority content and unlocking joint events, webinars, and co-marketing.• Lead brand-building and PR efforts media placements, podcasts, and industry publications and convert credibility into client success stories, testimonials, and expert commentary deployed across campaigns.• Own a rolling growth-experimentation roadmap across offers, messaging, audiences, and formats piloting new channels in small bets, then scaling what works.• Partner with Digital, Content, and Design on the assets that convert demand (landing pages, lead magnets, nurture flows), and report on funnel health and attribution across offline and online touchpoints.Location & Workplace TypeSeattle, WA · Hybrid Compensation & BenefitsBase salary $150,000.
